Esther and Walter are passionate healthcare providers who have been on both sides of the fence as
patients and providers. We care deeply about you as a person as is evident in our tagline Learn
While you Live, where we have tailored our programs for the working Mom and Dad looking to
advance their careers and to provide for their families. We can relate to this deeply as we
struggled to provide for our families while pursuing our education and life time experiences in
Paramedicine, Phlebotomy, Social Work, Nursing and Medicine. Along the way, we fought our
own battles, through determination and support, we live to tell a story. Today, we share these
experiences with our students for a lifetime commitment to leaning while you live life.

Our History
Co-Founders Esther Beyderman and Walter Dusseldorp crossed paths nearly a decade ago while
working as administrators in a major hospital system in NYC. From the day we
met, we have been searching & strategizing for ways to make a difference in both the lives of our
patients and team members. Fast forward to today, we both gained valuable experiences as patients, providers, administrators and customers of Phlebotomy in a variety of settings including Hospital, Clinic, Patient Service
Center, Mobile or In-Office Phlebotomy. The common thread we found was the connection with the patient at their time of need in a multi-dimentional setting where each phlebotomist serves as a customer service agent, financial
counselor, and phlebotomist. Personally, I think that Phlebotomist have an enormous impact on quality of life and especially
to those with chronic diseases or are terminally ill. The loyalty and commitment to the patients and vice versa was evident wherever I interacted with the frontline staff. Combining our true passion for people & process, we identified a need in both Phlebotomy Training & Development in Florida and beyond. Phlebhub is a culmination of synergies to make it a better world.
